Construction

Sorry about the sloppy look, but the person who volunteered to make the layout hasn't responded to me since last year so I took it upon myself to design the page. I am really rusty, and with recently changes I'm a little behind. I'll finished the rest of it during Spring Break, but for now it is usable (enough).
